Upcoming Reconnect for Resilience™ Listening Circles | January through March 2021

We understand that this is a time of significant worry and uncertainty for many. As communities continue their efforts to keep people physically healthy during the time of COVID-19 and as we grapple with the ongoing racial injustice in our society, we are offering virtual listening hours as a way to foster resilience during this stressful time.

Join us for a series of virtual gatherings where we can come together to practice resiliency tools and sense in to what is helping us make it through right now. We are pleased to offer weekly listening hours each Friday from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. for all community members beginning Friday, January 29 through March 26. In addition, we will continue to offer listening hours that are led by and held exclusively for People of Color each Monday from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. beginning Monday, January 25 through March 26.

Our listening hours are open to all and there is no cost to attend. For more information, or to receive news and updates about how you can connect with us online, please join our mailing list today. We look forward to connecting with you there!
