In this 14-hour trauma-informed and resiliency-focused training, participants first learn what happens when we experience adversity and then practice tools to better manage stress, strengthen relationships, and build resilience in themselves and others.

We recognize the importance helping organizations and communities develop a common language and shared understanding of trauma and resilience.  Our Reconnect for Resilience™ orientations offer participants a chance to learn more about the Reconnect curriculum and how resiliency tools can be implemented within workplaces and throughout communities to keep helping professionals and the people they serve healthy and connected during times of stress.

First responders and frontline healthcare workers know all too well what stress looks like – that is why we are offering this unique training opportunity designed just for them! In this Reconnect for Resilience™ for First Responders training, you are invited to get real about what it’s like to be a first responder and learn tools to help you carry the load. We make it easy to understand the neuroscience behind why the brain and body respond the way they do during stressful situations. This training gives First Responders new tools to add to their tool belt as you earn how to bounce back during hard times.

Upcoming Reconnect for Resilience™ Resilient Connections | Spring 2023

Our Resilient Connections virtual gatherings are open to anyone who has attended a 14-hour Reconnect for Resilience™ training or is working toward their certification as a resiliency educator.
