UPCOMING EVENTS

Virtual Reconnect for Resilience™ Trainings through the North Carolina Partnership for Children
Fall 2020 | Open to Early Childhood Educators, Families, School Staff, and Administrators

Our Reconnect for Resilience trainings offer a set of easy-to-use tools to stay well in the face of adversity. In this 14-hour virtual class, adults learn what happens to their own – and their students’ or children’s – brains and bodies when they are stressed. They are also given tools to stay healthy, connected, and resilient during tough times.

Upcoming Reconnect for Resilience™ Listening Circles | Available Virtually!

We understand that this is a time of significant worry and uncertainty for many. As communities continue their efforts to keep people physically healthy during the time of COVID-19 and as we grapple with the ongoing racial injustice in our society, we are offering virtual listening hours as a way to foster resilience during this stressful time.

Join us for a series of virtual gatherings where we can come together to practice resiliency tools and sense in to what is helping us make it through right now. We are pleased to offer listening hours for all community members throughout the months of September and October. In addition, we will continue to offer listening hours that are led by and held exclusively for People of Color each week. Our listening hours are open to all and there is no cost to attend. We look forward to connecting with you there!

For more information about our virtual listening circles, or to receive news and updates about how you can connect with us online, please join our mailing list today.

Upcoming Reconnect for Resilience™ Practice Group Opportunities | Available Virtually!

Our community practice groups are open to anyone who has attended a two-day Reconnect for Resilience™ training or is working toward their certification as a resiliency educator. They are available at no cost and are wonderful opportunities to practice the resiliency tools, ask questions, and share ideas and resources with one another.

A member of our team will be available via Zoom from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the dates listed below. We invite you to drop in any time during these sessions to practice. If you are interested in attending, be sure to join our mailing list to receive updates about how to connect with us online.
