Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use concerns among adolescents ages 12-18. Upcoming Reconnect for Resilience™ Listening Circles | Spring 2022

We understand that this is a time of significant worry and uncertainty for many. As communities continue their efforts to keep people physically healthy during the time of COVID-19 and as we grapple with the ongoing racial injustice in our society, we are offering virtual listening hours as a way to foster resilience during this stressful time. 

Join us for a series of virtual gatherings where we can come together to practice resiliency tools and sense in to what is helping us make it through right now. We are pleased to offer monthly listening circles for all community members, as well as  weekly listening circles for parents and caregivers.

Our Resilient Connections virtual gatherings are open to anyone who has attended a 14-hour Reconnect for Resilience™ training or is working toward their certification as a resiliency educator. They are available at no cost and are a wonderful opportunity to connect with us, practice the resiliency tools, ask questions, and share ideas and resources with one another. If you are interested in attending, be sure to check out our online community calendar or join our mailing list to receive updates about how to connect with us online.
