July 22-23, 2019 | Open to Wake County Youth Ages 14 to 20

Our Reconnect for Resilience™ Youth trainings are trauma-informed and resiliency-focused, and offer youth ages 14 to 20 a set of practical ways to stay well in the face of stress or adversity. Our simple, easy-to-use tools is designed for anyone to learn. In this class, teens and young adults learn what happens to their brains and bodies when they experience stress or trauma, and are given an owner’s manual to their own threat and safety management system.
