Virtual Resiliency and Racial Justice Training Series with Umoja Health, Wellness and Justice Collective

As communities across the nation come together to address racialized trauma, Umoja Health, Wellness and Justice Collective and Resources for Resilience™ are offering a virtual training series designed to foster resilience and promote connection as we work together for healing and equity. This series will focus on how we, as individuals and communities, can enter into difficult conversations about race and racial justice with compassion, empathy, and a balanced nervous system. Join Umoja Health, Wellness and Justice Collective Executive Director Michael Hayes and Resources for Resilience™ Executive Director Ann DuPre Rogers as they share simple, easy-to-use tools that are designed to keep us healthy and connected to one another during these times of individual or community stress.

Upcoming Reconnect for Resilience™ Practice Group Opportunities | Available Virtually!

Our community practice groups are open to anyone who has attended a two-day Reconnect for Resilience™ training or is working toward their certification as a resiliency educator. They are available at no cost and are wonderful opportunities to practice the resiliency tools, ask questions, and share ideas and resources with one another. 

A member of our team will be available via Zoom from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the dates listed below. We invite you to drop in any time during these sessions to practice. If you are interested in attending, be sure to join our mailing list to receive updates about how to connect with us online.
